What to expect?

Pre-appointment Health Questionnaire:

We will request you to complete a medical history and lifestyle questionnaire prior to your initial appointment. This will give us detailed information about your current health.

Initial Consultation:

In our wellness clinic you will feel welcomed and listened to. You will have ample time to discuss your health concerns. You will have full health assessment and examination. You will also be able to get Wellness Blood Tests done if needed.

Every person is different and has unique health needs. Together, we will then develop a personalised health plan which is tailor-made for you. We will develop specific targeted short term and long-term health and wellness goals.

Follow Up Consultation:

You will be offered follow up based on your treatment goals. We will be there to offer you support at every step to achieve good health, live longer and be the best version of yourself.

Understanding Functional Medicine

In our modern world, the leading cause of many chronic health conditions is lifestyle related. Evidence suggests that a large percentage of heart disease, stroke, Type 2 Diabetes, obesity, hypertension, depression, and cancers could be prevented with improvements to diet and lifestyle.

Functional Medicine offers an evidence-based scientific approach backed by decades of research, to understand root cause of diseases, prevent, treat, and even reverse certain conditions. It is a holistic approach to achieve wellness, good health, and longevity.

We know that our lifestyle affects our health, but what we may not know that making even small positive changes in the way we live our lives can lead to long term health benefits.  

It moves away from doctor-led care to patient-led care. It encourages health behaviour changes by empowering people to take their health and happiness in their own hands.
